Class Descriptions

Open Flow

All levels Vinyasa class; sequence flowing with breath from one pose to the next. (Description from the SGY website.)

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa merges movement & breath, warming the body so you can move deeper into postures, and into your own practice. (Description from the OF website.)

Signature Form + Flow

This vinyasa yoga class focuses on using the mind-body-breath connection to flow through a physically challenging sequence of postures. Our Signature Form + Flow classes move through an intelligent sequence which builds progressively throughout the hour and offers options for students at all levels, from beginner to advanced. This class is an equal balance of strengthening and stretching to balance mind and body. (Description from the F+F website.)

Some Like It Hot

Open-level, hot vinyasa yoga set to music. Come prepared to give your brain a break and sweat away your stress. Room heated between 85-95 degrees. (Description from the Heatwise website.)

warm Energizing Flow

Warm Energizing Flow classes are designed to wake up your body and get you ready for your day. Teachers guide students through sequences of postures lead by the rhythm of their own breath. Whether the class is fast or slow, includes chanting, or is alignment-oriented will depend on the individual teacher. Classes will vary in their range of difficulty and teachers will offer variations for students in different levels.
The temperature in warm classes will be kept between 80 - 85 degrees fahrenheit. (Description from the B+Y website.)

warm Vigorous Vinyasa Flow

Paula invites you to explore how your breath truly moves with your body in this vigorous Vinyasa Flow class. You are able to shift through poses in an intelligent sequence, focusing on your body’s alignment and linking increasingly challenging asana with the ebb and flow of your breath. Although more strength and experience demanding, this class offers to find the space for you to take care of yourself where pose modifications are encouraged if needed, in order to accommodate your body’s needs right here, right now. The room is set to warm up at a comfortable 75-85*, assisting your body to open up in a safe way. (Description from the B+Y website.)
