warm Energizing Flow
Warm Energizing Flow classes are designed to wake up your body and get you ready for your day. Teachers guide students through sequences of postures lead by the rhythm of their own breath. Whether the class is fast or slow, includes chanting, or is alignment-oriented will depend on the individual teacher. Classes will vary in their range of difficulty and teachers will offer variations for students in different levels.
The temperature in warm classes will be kept between 80 - 85 degrees fahrenheit. (Description from BY website.)
